Amanda Rutherford is a staff attorney with Step Up to Justice (SU2J). She joined SU2J as an intern in the spring of 2018. After graduating with a J.D. from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law, she completed two Fellowships with SU2J. She then served for 3 years as SU2J’s Director of Community Outreach. Amanda has a Bachelor’s degree in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from the University of Arizona and worked in outdoor education before attending law school. She loves to spend her free time in the outdoors, eating delicious food, and spending time with her family and community.
